Help with a Federal Agency

One of the most important things I do as a Representative in Congress is help constituents work through concerns with federal agencies. Although I cannot override the decisions or determinations made by a federal agency, my casework team can intervene on a person’s behalf to obtain answers to questions, find solutions, or just cut through the red tape.

Below you will find a list of some of the agencies our office can assist you with. You are encouraged to contact my District Office direct at (480) 946-2411, or email via the web portal HERE, in order to have your concerns reviewed and assessed.

You may be asked to submit a summary and privacy release form for your case. Please contact our office for additional information. While we cannot guarantee you a favorable outcome, we will do our best to advocate on your behalf and help you receive a fair and timely response to your problem. If you need assistance with a state agency, such as MVD, AHCCCS, DES, or Arizona Department of Revenue, you are encouraged to contact your Arizona State Representatives for your state legislative district.  To find your state legislator click here FindMyLegislator .
