Congressman Schweikert Hosts COVID-19 Conference Call with Arizona Small Business Leaders

WASHINGTON, DC – Today, Congressman David Schweikert hosted a conference call with Arizona Small Business leaders to discuss ways to best support the state’s small business community during the COVID-19 outbreak. During the call, attendees were able to speak with representatives from the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and learn what resources are available for businesses in Arizona.

“Arizona is home to many incredible small businesses. As we work through this pandemic, we must ensure that business owners know where to turn to help their businesses recover from financial hardships and incentivize ways to maintain employment. My office is committed to distributing information and resources for Arizona small businesses, both of which can be easily located on my website. Main Street is critical to Arizona’s economy and we must all support each other to get through these difficult times.”

Representatives from the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), Arizona Small Business Association, Greater Phoenix Economic Council, Cave Creek Chamber of Commerce, Fountain Hills Chamber of Commerce, Arizona Commerce Authority, Arizona Technology Council, Valley Partnership, Arizona Chamber of Commerce, Alert GPS, and Arizona Bankers Association were in attendance for the call.

Congressman Schweikert has created a page on his website with resources and information for small business owners in Arizona to stay informed. The web page can be viewed HERE.
