Washington D.C., December 20, 2013– Rep. David Schweikert (R-AZ) released the following statement ahead of President Obama’s scheduled 2 p.m. press conference:
“Millions of working families are struggling to cope with the uncertainty created by the disastrous implementation of the President’s health care plan. How can anyone realistically plan for the future when the President selectively and arbitrarily changes the rules every week?
“Today’s press conference is a leadership moment opportunity for the President to provide relief and peace-of-mind to working families. At this point, the responsible and common-sense thing to do is support House Republican efforts to implement a one-year delay on Affordable Care Act mandates for all Americans.”
