Washington, D.C. – Congressman David Schweikert (R-AZ) welcomed Arizona’s 5th district Congressional Art Competition winners to Washington, D.C. Friday.
Carter Sloan, of Scottsdale, won the Congressional Art Competition for Arizona’s 5th district. His Late for Dinner will be on display in the U.S. Capitol for the next year.
Tessa Tzineff, of Scottsdale, placed second over-all in the 5th Congressional district, and her winning piece of artwork, Self Portrait, will hang in Rep. Schweikert’s Washington, D.C. office.
