A Message from Congressman Schweikert
Ensuring that Arizonans have access to COVID-19 vaccines is crucial. My office and I are working to keep our constituents updated on the different resources available for our state during the vaccine distribution process.
Below are the latest updates from the Arizona Department of Health Services and Maricopa County:
Currently, all vaccine appointments at the State Farm Stadium and Phoenix Municipal Stadium have been booked. Arizona Department of Health Services is currently vaccinating those:
People age 55 and older in Maricopa County's 2 locations: State Farm Stadium in Glendale and Phoenix Municipal Stadium.
Maricopa County is currently in Phase 1B of vaccination distribution, those in this group include:
K-12 teachers and staff
Law enforcement/protective service workers
People age 65 and older
To register for a vaccine through Maricopa County, click here. For more information on any questions you may have, please use Maricopa County's Frequently Asked Questions site here.
I also wanted to make you aware of counterfeit vaccines being sold online. Unfortunately, scammers will often take advantage of public service announcements to attempt to confuse individuals into purchasing a vaccine through phishing emails or online advertisements.
Be sure to utilize websites from our local government health officials, or your primary care doctor, when registering for your COVID-19 vaccine.
