Washington, D.C., November 18, 2014—Rep. David Schweikert (R-AZ) released a statement Tuesday condemning the terrorist attacks on  worshippers praying in a Jerusalem synagogue earlier Tuesday morning. 

“I condemn the terrorist attacks today on peaceful worshippers praying in a Jerusalem synagogue.  This was not only an attack on Israel, but with the death of three American citizens, an attack on America as well,” said Schweikert.

“My prayers and condolences go out to the families of those killed and injured in this attack. As always, I will continue to keep the Jewish people in my prayers as they grieve this tragedy.”

“I urge the Palestinian Authorities to publicly condemn this act of violence by Palestinian extremists and take all necessary actions to end the incitement of violence.”
