REP. SCHWEIKERT COLLECTING FOOD, SCHOOL SUPPLIES FOR COMMUNITY DRIVES

Scottsdale, Ariz. – Today, Congressman David Schweikert announced that he and his District Office will be collecting donations for two community drives. Rep. Schweikert and his staff are collecting non-perishable food items and water for the Vista del Camino food bank and back-to-school supplies for the Scottsdale Boys and Girls Club.

Donations are needed and encouraged. Each donation will be delivered to its respective recipients by Rep. Schweikert’s staff.

FOOD DRIVE

The Vista del Camino food bank is experiencing an extreme shortage of non-perishable food items and water during the summer months. Any help is appreciated.

WHEN: Donations are due by Friday, July 13 at 10:00 a.m.

BACK-TO-SCHOOL SUPPLY DRIVE

These supplies will assist over 100 children in the Scottsdale area by giving them the necessary tools needed for the upcoming school year.
